Set Realistic, Small and Easy Goals in the Vince DelMonte Program
Some people can get quite overwhelmed when they are working on a big project, whether it is a weight loss goal, body sculpting, increasing muscle mass, starting a business, or planning a wedding. In such cases, it is best to start slowly by using small, realistic and easy steps that lead to easy goals, and then increasing the level of these goals as you achieve a goal.
